Fee and registration
The participation fee of € 230,00 includes:
- 3 welcome coffees
- 2 light lunches
- 4 coffee breaks
- Aperitif during the Poster session (September 3rd)
The early registration deadline is July 31th.
The early registration deadline has been postponed to August 9th.
Late registration (after the early registration deadline) is allowed from August 10th at a cost of € 280,00.

In case you would like to buy an extra ticket for the aperitif during the Poster session on September 3, please select “extra ticket” at the time of payment fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Partial refund until July 31th.
- No refund from August 21st onward.
Refund requests must be sent to the provided email address.
A fixed fee of € 35,00 is required for processing the refund procedure.
Is it possible to transfer a paid fee to another event participant.
